Relaxing ... before the big trip
... and YES Wellington has Starbucks and Subway as well as many much much better cafes !!
Welcome to the Caffe L'Affare
located at 27 College St (off Tory St), Wellington, New Zealand. We try hard to make great coffee, and our customers seem to appreciate it. Wellington takes its coffee pretty seriously, so we were delighted that the Evening Post readers’ poll voted us Best Espresso in Wellington.
The caffe is large at 120 seats, so you’ll usually be able to get a seat. At busy times each day, the caffe hums with conversation, music, kitchen noise and the sounds of coffeemaking. Armed with a fine espresso, you’ll be swept up in the atmosphere and your spirits will lift. You’ll realise once again the unique appeal of the coffeehouse, which has not diminished since its introduction centuries ago.
